It is so amazing. First so kindness staff. They are so kind. They helped me for calling a taxi. And they checked my inconvenience and resolved it kindly. Second, the great veiw. You can enjoy so beautiful river view. Thrid, clean and good style hotel and room. A bed, a toilet, etc everything is clean. And hotel has modern style shape.

We loved our stay at the Venue Batan Hotel. It was super-clean and comfortable and modern. The room was spacious. Hot water. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The staff were always friendly and willing to help and make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of fruit, pancakes, bread/rolls and choice of eggs and different cooked choices each day. Right by the river, beautiful view. We asked for a little heater for the room which they gave us no problem. Negative: there was a lovely kitchenette with fridge and induction burner but no utensils or pots or pans to cook with. Easy to walk to the center of town or get a cheap taxi which they called for us. Would definitely return.

Housekeeping is very good. The back yard and path don't lead anywhere, which was disappointing, since it's right along the river. It would be nice to have access to the river. The Expedia listing says the family suite features cookware, dishes and other amenities with the kitchenette, but it was only upon request. The kitchen was completely empty and we had to request everything. If the hotel is seeking to cater to foreign travelers, they should consider stocking every kitchenette with the necessary cookware, dishes, soap, towels, etc, so that guests do not have to ask for so many things. For example, we asked for a coffee maker and they provided it a day later, but they did not provide filters or coffee. Taking care of the little details goes a long way to making guests feel at home and adds a lot of value to their experience, especially if we're paying $110 per night.

really good hotel, close to walking distance to the historical center and other points of interest. had a river view and was worth it not only for the view of the river but the calming sounds of it too. breakfast each morning was amazing not to mention the friendly and helpful staff.
