For the Price is really neat . Our room was clean . The Subway it’s really close . Maybe only bad points will go to the breakfast.. We saw it and than went somewhere else to eat Banichka . I am not a morning person and need a good Coffee.. this maybe the only -* wich I would put .

Property in poor condition. On our first visit on 8/22/24 we were given room 603 which had 2 AC and neither one worked with outside temperature about 35°C and room temperature about the same. They would not move us to a different room as they were sold out and instead provided fans. They moved us following day to a room with working AC. When we rechecked in again on 9/3/24 they gave us again same 603 and said everything was fixed. I went to the room and both the AC were not working. I told the reception lady the problem was not fixed. She tried to tell me we are sold out and I said I want a room with working AC and she finally gave me a different room with working AC.The hotel is in bad shape. We had to stay because we booked non refundable rate. I would rather pay extra and get refundable rate. I am disappointed with Expedia. I have been using expedia for over 20 years but am going to stop using them as they dont fully explain the non refundable policy.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. It’s an older hotel that could use some renovations but for the price and location it was excellent.

The room was very clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They gave me information for the things around. The hotel is near bus stops, underground, supermarkets, very easy access to the city centre.

fantastic location. Perfect cleanliness. Only disappoint (stayed 6 nights) was that the restaurant wasn't open. Would have been good to have known . Highly recommended.

Good walkable location convenient to the bus station

It was a good stay at Favorit Hotel. It's quite close to the city center and 10-15 minutes walk to the bus/ train station. Yes, it is an Eastern Europan hotel (like the 70's), but it was OK for us. We can really recommend the breakfast, which we bought on location for 10 Lev per person! And it was quite cheap on Hotels.com.

It was very hot in both the room and the lobby. The carpet was stained and very dirty in general.

The carpet in the room was dirty and smells bad there are ants in the bed, the area outside the hotel is really bad I felt unsafe to walk in the night time, the hotel staff was really good and friendly
