This is a lovely hotel well located in the centre of Stratford with friendly helpful staff. The roms were clean and well equipped with nice bathrooms. Overall we had a lovely stay

Traditional old pub hotel, luxuriously presented with wood panelled walls, paintings, well appointed rooms etc. Food was traditional pub fare, and the breakfast included in the price is a continental buffet as well as a cooked to order menu. The only disappointment was the single beds in the twin room, which were inner spung and totally unsupportive. Our daughter stayed in a double room and said the King size bed was very good and supportive. Our error, as the double rooms did not state the beds were bigger than double - wide angled lens photos are unreliable. I would choose a double room next time.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it never fails to deliver. Excellent spacious rooms with very good facilities including complimentary drinks. Fabulous breakfast included in the price so 10/10 for value for money in a higher standard hotel

Amazing hotel and staff. The breakfast was incredible too. Slap back in the centre and within walking distance to everything. Perfect location, great beer and food!

It was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Stratford upon Avon! It is authentically old and yet clean and in excellent condition. Everyone on staff was friendly, wiling to help in any way and eager to answer all questions on the history of the White Swan and Stratford uponAvon. The food was excellent from the traditional English breakfast to the Sunday English pot roast dinner.
It is walking distance to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, shopping and a park along the Avon.
Loved every minute of our stay and eager to go back!!!

The White Swan is a wonderful place to stay in Stratford; the service, food and drink are all excellent. We had a small room with no view, but it was clean and comfortable, and we only slept there.
Perfect for taking in a play at the RSC which is about 10 minutes away walking; we will definitely stay there the next time we go to the RSC.

Really liked this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay. Only thing was when sitting outside with a drink on the Saturday evening we felt a bit chased off. We had drinks on our table but while I was in the bathroom my cushion was taken away and the lights turned off. It was only 10:45. Other than that almpositive and the breakfast was fantastic.
