Booked a deluxe room and it was a very standard and small room.
I stayed there for 10 days.

We came here for our honeymoon but after our first night here we are already looking to leave and book somewhere else.
We booked a deluxe room which is not deluxe at all.
When we checked in the room it was very dirty and stunk of mould, we could barely breathe in there. We asked to be moved witch they did straight away but the new room is as dirty as the first one. Took my shoes off after a long day of traveling and after 2 min walking barefoot in the room,my feet were black.
Wifi in the room does not work, only in public areas.
Swimming pool advertised to be open from 7 am, 8:30
we went there and were told that is closed for the day.
Wanted to go to the hot tub which is advertised on their website but found out it doesnt exist so we spend our first day if the honeymoon walking around legian looking for hotels to move in to and trying to get in touch with their manager to get our money back so we can move hotels.

Me and my wife stayed here for a month and absolutely loved the staff and the property. The pool was awesome. The location was perfect right in the heart of Legian. Bed was super comfortable and the room was pretty good size too. They came everyday and cleaned it and were super helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. My only negative would be the music by the pool is always the same they never changed the station but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

They charge us 100 000 idr for a broken glas. That ok but that not cost 100 000 idr for a new ome. Skam.
You can find a better one for the same money.
Only things thats was ok are the location.

Always have a positive experience when staying at this hotel. The property does need some maintenance and updating but if you’re not spending all day at the hotel it’s fine. Suitable for people who will be out most of the day and don’t plan on being at the hotel during the day. Not suitable for visitors who are looking for a resort style, relax by the pool experience. The spa is also very good.

legian is not a city that I recommend it is not very beautiful, however the hotel and its staff were really top notch I recommend for those who are passing through Legian and looking for a nice hotel
