Our room was perfect we had unforgettable views. We were very comfortable. The robes that were provided were very useful to visit the hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free 1 hour bike rental was fun.

Lovely hotel and staff. Food also very good. Only disappointment was the room we had by the elevator. Very noisy as weddings were taking place. After two nights we were moved to 4th floor and all was good. Highly to this hotel

I was disappointed given the previous reviews and cost of this hotel room. The staff were not very helpful. My room was extremely noisy by the pool. The air conditioning did not work and my room was very hot. The staff told me there was nothing they could do.The Wi-Fi did not work.

The Malcolm Hotel was very luxurious with friendly staff and comfortable beds.
The pool and jacuzzi overlooking the three sisters was an experience we will never forget.
The food in the restaurant was very good.
Will definitely be staying again on my next trip!!!

Beautiful hotel in Canmore, about 20 minutes from Banff. The hotel has struck the perfect balance between modern and rustic - it's elegant and welcoming and warm and inviting.
We were also quite pleased with the high-quality linens! Bath towels and robes were very nice.
Pool and two hot tubs have a beautiful mountain view, as does the well-appointed gym.
There's a cute cafe called the Pulse open for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches you can take to-go too. I had quite possibly the best english muffin sandwich I've ever had! Just ham, cheese, and stone-ground mustard, but omg that english muffin! It was delicious.
This was a really excellent choices for our travels.

The Malcolm Hotel was a wonderful property. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. It was clean, spacious, and very convenient. Although the underground parking is convenient, the parking spaces are tight for midsize vehicles. I would also recommend the hotel reviewing their automated emails that are sent offering to extend our stay, as they did not have a vacancy, that was a little disappointing.
