Everything was amazing except the front desk staff responsible for checking people in. In English and Korean, she had an attitude that I have rarely experienced from a Korean hotel staff. Seems like she may need a break. Might be worthwhile to reassess her total hours to ensure the employee can welcome guests with a warm smile and attitude. Other areas were great. My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was amazing - wonderful kitchen and table staff. Rooms were wonderful as well

Excellent location for easy walking access to all the bars and restaurants and a short drive to the Shinsegae Mall. Nice room and professional staff. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Daegu. The only problem is parking is extremely tight but that's normal in Korea.

Fantastic room (vip A) and great staff. The breakfast and coffee is very good. It is in an area of town where there were mostly young couples on the street. The surrounding resturants are open late so just be aware that there may be some noise from the street late into the night.

Honestly it was a beautiful hotel located in a great spot for restaurants, bars, etc. However, if that is not your scene I wouldn't recommend as it can be loud.

We were very pleased with literally everything! Location was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The room was amazing and comfortable. On check out the front desk called for a cab, while waiting, the cleaning attendant found that I left my phone in the room. She called down to the front desk and brought it to us in the lobby. I can’t say enough good things.

Overall, it was a good stay. Spent one night on my transit to another city. Booked this hotel since it wasn't too far from the KTX train station (10 min. by taxi) and the airport (20 min. by taxi). Lots of eating options around the hotel. The hotel was very quiet although it was on a street where a lot of 20 somethings were eating out and dating. There was a faint old smoking smell in the hallway and the building, although updated, is probably quite old. The breakfast was included in my package; it was decent with a variety of fruits, veggies, hot food, and pastries available. Overall, good value.

This hotel was our oasis in a very busy Daegu weekend. Our room was sparkling clean, full of nice features like clothes steamer and coffee corner, and an incredible shower. The breakfast buffet was huge! And lastly, the staff were so friendly and helpful with our many questions and requests for taxis. We are very grateful to them for making our visit to Daegu so perfect. Should also mention the location is great for coffee houses, restaurants, and 7-11. We’d definitely come back!

When booking it was not evidently clear what the room was like. When we got there we found a nice dized room with 1 very narrow re tangular window that made the room seem claustophobic and dungeon-like. We approached the reception who managed to find us a room with 2 windows and 2 exits to an outside deck. It was, of course, more expensive but we took it and were very happy.

This hotel was very nice. It was clean, in good condition, and the staff was nice. The free breakfast buffet was very good as well.

The hotel feels new, great location. The AC in the room was a little noisy and there is not enough lighting for reading. The breakfasts were super, lot of choices and friendly staffs.

The breakfast was great, and the room was comfortable. I was a little confused by the lack of shower curtain and certainty of flooding the bathroom floor - maybe it was just a cultural difference :-)
