Very bad service, windows broken, rain water coming inside, no hot water, no refrigerator as shown in the pictures, dirty carpet...everything was bad and dirty.

The pictures on the website do not reflect the room you get - our room was on the top floor and was very cramped with low ceilings, the TV was so far from the bed you couldn’t see it properly and there were hardly any sockets in the room which made our overnight stay difficult as we struggled to charge and use our appliances. The bathroom was falsely advertised as being roomy, it was a tiny box room with a toilet that was too high off the floor so your feet didn’t touch the floor when you sat down and the shower had terrible water pressure, it was attached directly into the tap like on a camper van rather than a separate unit, and the wall stand was broken so the shower head kept sliding down to the lowest level, making it impossible to stand up and shower. The rooms are badly soundproofed, you can hear every single door slamming shut from the hallway, and the radiator was lukewarm despite being on the highest setting. The bed did not have a proper frame, just two mattresses sat on top of each other. Overall the room was not good at all, and the only saving grace was the lovely gentleman who worked on the front desk. He was very helpful and informative, and helped us to check in as the app we are advised to use is dreadful and kept crashing or losing connection so we couldn’t open our door with it and had to rely on a card. An extra deposit was taken from us that we were not made aware of until a day before the stay, this has not been returned due to issues with checkout.

No towels at arrival. No hot tap water. Disturbung guest until 4am in a hotel with paper thin walls and no staff. I’ve stayed hundreds of hotel nights but this was by far the worst experience.

Digital check in via the app was easy and quick. Getting into the room was a bit frustrating but managed to get there in the end.

Very bad....squicky floor with really loud sound and really loud annoying soud from all doors...we could not sleep deep ...no shampo or soup in the bathroom.

Everything was fine, except the cleaning service knocking on my door on Saturday morning, while i was still asleep, to find out if they could start cleaning.... very inconsiderate.

Checking in was a very frustrating experience. Calling the help number was a dead end. When we finally got checked in, the rooms were still being cleaned, sheets on the floor in the hallway etc. Our room had food crumbs on the chair and a very stained grubby carpet, and mysterious brown stains in the bathroom. The fridge was so foul smelling that we couldn’t use it. Mattress was old and saggy. Entire bathroom was covered in water after using the shower. Loud and noisy from hallway and outside. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Budget hotel, no towels ready in rooms, electricity was not working in room, mold stinking in hallway, bed was updated more than decade ago. Not for handicapped. Warm water from showers though!

Would have been nice if fore warned about stairs at time of booking we were notified of stairs 48 hours prior to arrival and booked 6 months early than date expected. Counted 40 steps up we are both over 60 years of age. No air conditioning hot on the third floor and if windows open—street noise!!!! Not a nice stay at all.

Room was fine but they put me on the top floor and there are no elevators. I was not given a choice to have a room in a lower level. There was no person to help with check-in despite the assurance that there is coverage from afternoon till late evening.

Doors slam too hard and can wake you up late at night or early in the morning. Be good to have a complimentary bottle of water. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Then we spoke with the receptionist who told us that it was an all over problem in this hotel which we just have to adjust to! Great place!

The hotel was ok, the room was tiny and there were no employees on site, everything was digital. But the location is perfect and you get what you pay for. My room was located on the top floor adjacent to the stairwell though, and unfortunately it kept me up all night. I could hear every person at the hotel coming and going, it sounded like they were inside my room. And the door to the corridor was banging really loudly every time it closed.
