Spacious two bedroom units with outdoor porch on a lake. Well equipped kitchen for food prep. Quiet time of the year. The pool was fantastic. Had it all to ourselves. The beds were comfortable and had two bathrooms. Wonderful place outside of Stanley.

Great place to stay and dine. Our lap around Tasmania this was first night off the boat. Very nice property and great meals and service from the staff.

I was rapt in the reception when we arrived. The young lady was extremely helpful and pleasant, a real asset to the business, the complete opposite to the woman when we checked out. She may have been having a bad morning. The accommodation and meals were perfect. Jo

Staff were great, room was clean, tidy and pleasantly warm (we are talking tassie winter weather). Easy to access location for lots of tourist day trips.

Have stayed many times at the Tall Timbers in the lakeside cabins over years and the quality of the stay has not dropped one bit. Fantastic place, always spotlessly clean and great service and restaurant.

Everything was amazing but unfortunately the pool was closed due to high chlorine levels which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here but overall it was amazing

Getting accused of smoking in our room when we have a children staying with us really made us feel unwelcome at the end of our stay no less the management checked our room not a cleaner absolutely unnecessary not a nice way to end our stay

Lovely clean room, warm, quiet, comfortable bed. Restaurant had lovely food with good waiters & waitresses.
Room was serviced with clean towels and more tea, coffee and biscuits.
