My only complaint was the television service. Hard to navigate; could not get normal channels. Loved everything else. Wonder room for handicapped people.

They have completely updated everything. The lobby is so inviting. The outdoor space with fire pits and Adirondack chairs was such a surprise. The entire vibe is very relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. My daughter and I were there for a college tour. We were excited that the hotel could host us with the cleanup of Hurricane Helene.

Great place to stay! Very hip. Love the bar, games, and pool table. Room was comfortable, however if you stay on the lower front side be aware that noise from the fire pit out front filters into the room. Even with the sound machine on could still hear the larger group carrying on late at night. Around 1 AM, I did call the front desk and they were kind enough to quiet the group. Other than the noise, the stay was great! Will definitely return, but will stay either higher up or on the back side.

Really liked the hotel but the room location was loud and left us wondering if it was because we went through a third party site. When we arrived there were plenty of rooms available but they put us on the end towards a major road, next to the garbage can that was picked up while we were there and above the maintenance room where staff wete coming in and out of, the garage door being opened and closed and where the staff came in and out all day. There were rooms above a quiet courtyard but instead we had noise day and night. We also paid extra to have a balcony that was difficult to use because the were doing repair work right below us. Loved the hotel but hated location given.

Good location on Blowing Rock Road, near campus and downtown. My brunch at the Canteen restaurant was just okay, nothing special. Would stay here again!

4th time staying. This is my go to hotel while in Boone. Elaine, one of the managers is always so helpful.

The SMOKE ALARM went off at 4AM!!! The front desk staff just said "I guess someone was smoking in their room". No apologies, nothing. Why would one person smoking set off the smoke alarm in ALL the rooms??? That's ridiculous! A shame too, because the place was nice
