I was given a room that had a lock problem. And what’s scary is that it was a work order in for it. So it was known. Once my son left out the room and came back the door needed to be jacked up from the outside. And if it wasn’t for my complaint about the t. Not working. Well I thank God for getting us out that room. But the hits keep on. I was giving 2 rooms to accommodate us because they did not have the king suite avail that was on my reservation. We moved to those rooms. The next morning I take a stroll and get me some hot tea when I noticed a big mold spot right over the door of my room . My daughter came out there room and said the refrigerator was dirty. I reported and all hell broke loose. One of the maintenance guys went and got a manger and she wasn’t happy about me reporting this. We were going back and forth talking and another manger showed up. The first manager begin to reiterate what she said to me. She misspoke and I corrected her. And that’s when she tells the manager get her out of here. And I said you just stop talking to me. And the 2nd manger agreed and said yes you have to leave. How embarrassing. I was put out because of the discrepancies in the hotel where I had just spent 1011.00 for the week. Didn I have the right to ask about mold. Mold is serious and the front desk lady tells me it’s a water spot. I took a pic. I could not wait for the general manager to speak with her. But later spoke with her and she is yet to call me back.

All the staff was kind. Pet friendly. The pool was nice. We had a microwave in the room.

The Second time I stayed there the first time I loved it. Everything smells good. Everything was good but this time it was smelling like food everywhere everything is good.

Only thinks I liked about the property is that the staff was friendly. From I arrived on my floor to my room which was the second floor, garbage was pile up at the entrance of the elevator which was very stink. Next as I walked to my room the stench from the wet carpet was very high. I expected better from this brand. I was highly disappointed with my stay. The fridge in the room made noise all night to the point I got tired and pulled out the plug. It was near a nightmare. Thankfully I only stayed for one day.
