I didn’t appreciate how i was treated at the front desk. I was told afterwards how many people can come visit me in my room when i wasn’t told at the beginning. The employees was giving me two different answers and told a lie about management. I kept getting the run around of who i should talk to about the situation. I wanted my money back or half. I wasn’t treated fairly. I will be calling corporate.

Very friendly staff. Huge room. Had a room with a sofa bed very awkward position withe the king bed. My one and only issue was the breakfast. It was par at best.

Nice hotel, no issues & would visit again. Breakfast made as you wait! I would ay again. The front desk did mess up & charge me 2x but it was fixed.

It was fine for what I needed but I will not be back. My bathroom was not clean (left over soap bars), my carpet had food fragments left and there was food in the fridge. Additionally, the front desk staff, one female in particular was SO rude to everyone in line ( I do have her name but I will not blast that publically) . Based on that interaction alone I will not be back.

I do not recommend staying here. I found a bug crawling in the bed. It appeared to be a bed bug. I left in the middle of the night.

The staff before I checked in was rude to me over the phone when I requested and specific room. Thadeous from maintenance had an attitude and made every excuse not to help me when I noticed dust and mold on the AC vent cover. I explained my son has allergies and couldn’t stop sneezing after we checked in and he still didn’t help. Micheal stepped in quickly and helped me without hesitation. He removed the vent covers and offered to disinfect or replace them. He’s not even part of the maintenance crew so that deserves a pay raise or some kind of incentive. The best part of my stay was the view of the of trees/highway, the kitchenette and the ability to partially open the windows which helped my son a lot with his allergies. The breakfast was subpar. The best thing we had were the pancakes and they didn’t have it on our 2nd day there.

Denise and Isaiah were the best! The breakfast at The Element is wonderful, and the area is so walkable with so many shopping and ding options

The Element is a gem! The staff was amazing, the property was clean and comfortable, and their breakfast absolutely delicious, cooked to order every morning with various options. Highly recommend!
