Had a great stay in Sorrento and at the hotel. Good instructions on how to access the building and room. It is unmanned and you pick up the keys yourself. Good location with good walking distance to the center, train station and harbor. Quiet building on a back street. Near instant text response when we had questions. Ordering breakfast was very easy (you order on the previous day). Delivered to the room with a knock. Nothing special but absolutely good enough!

Hotels.com should clearly state which property is a hotel and which is a B&B or other type of property. Their location and service with breakfast was great. The first issue was there are no elevators for an apartment on the 4th floor. There is a longish walk from the street with luggage to get to the building and then climbing four floors. The stairs are dark at night making it harder. The second issue that we had was the inadequate air conditioning. The machine whirred but didn’t cool. In photos there was a balcony, but our room had two windows that were shuttered close not affording any natural light.

So this is not a real hotel. It’s an apartment building where they must own the floor and turned into hotel. The location just okay but hard to find. It is the 4th floor and no elevator too so plan to carry your suitcase.

Beautiful bread and breakfast located about 3 minute walk from the train station and about a 5 minute walk from the main Piazza, our room had beautiful views, breakfast had many options, the staff was very attentive. The only con is that it is located on the 3rd floor (only stairs)

Location of the hotel was perfect! Sabine was a wonderful host and our stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning at the time requested. We’d definitely stay again!

Literally minutes from the train station and centre of Sorrento. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast delivered to your room. Great facilities. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartments with no lift option which is difficult with heavy suitcases.

Everything was good. Only complain to put 3 stars is for the mattress. It was terrible, old and hollow in the middle. My back splitter in half! If they change the mattress I would give 5 stars all over the board

Good location. Clean and tidy. The staff were wonderful. The environment made us feel like home. We enjoyed staying in the hotel. The only problem we encountered was there was no elevator.

So close to the restaurants, shops, viewing areas, port and train station. Was a little hard to find as minimal signage. Room was lovely and breakfast very plentiful and lots of variety and choice.

The only thing I would suggest is to inform guests how to turn on stair lights at night. Otherwise, you can't beat this quiet and comfy oasis for location and convenience. I highly recommend Guarricino Ristorante at Piaza Tasso for great food and warm service. It's worth an eight minute walk.
