Given that it was ‘out of Season’ the hotel was fine for B&B. The pool was not heated. Too cold to swim in in October. The room was small but comfortable. The Proprietor was very very attentive! Breakfast was very good. The lift was Panoramic.

Chris the owner was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him,one of the friendliest people we have met.There was always plenty to eat for breakfast.
Hotel was well situated easy access to buses,we were out of season but still managed to walk to old town nesseber and sandy beach of sunny beach.
Would reccomend the hotel to anyone and we would definatley stay there again

Beautiful, quiet and cosy place, close to main beach and not so far from old town. Great staff, clean rooms, cute swimming pool, good breakfast and of course very attentive and helpful owner Chris. Me and and my girlfriend had spent amazing 7 days with Chris and other staff. Hopefully we will come back again soon. I strongly recommend hotel Italy for your holiday and stay in Nessebar.

Beautiful, quiet and cosy place, close to main beach and not so far from old town. Great staff, clean rooms, cute swimming pool, good breakfast and of course very attentive and helpful owner Chris. Me and and my girlfriend had spent amazing 7 days with Chris and other staff. Hopefully we will come back again soon. I strongly recommend hotel Italy for your holiday and stay in Nessebar.

Chris the owner was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel Italia was close to all amenities with just a short walk to the beach and Old Nessebar. This hotel was recommended to us and I highly recommend it to others.

Worst hotel experience ever! This hotel is a scam and its owner is a con artist. Overbooked then escorted me to a nearby dump that was full of unhealthy mold and mildew. They don't even have rooms that are nearly as nice as the one described. They are very small with uncomfortable beds. No sea view. Dirty bathroom. Bed smells like smoke. Balcony too small for a chair. A complete rip off. The owner is obnoxious and a liar. Location is good if you're walking but horrible if driving because of narrow 1-way streets. Breakfast is OK. Coffee is excellent but not worth 100+ euros/night. I strongly advise against staying here.

We were accommodated at totally different hotel 100 meters across the street 'Alexandrov Apts' upon arrival. The owner does OVERBOOKING WITHOUT NOTIFYING HIS GUESTS. We booked Italia hotel, over 2 months before arrival, because of good reviews and wanted as described sea view, king size bed and small little comfort but we've got something totally opposite we've paid for. Obviously wanted to fix it at reception desk but owner said it's partnership hotel and it had to be this way. Had no time to call hotels.com to cancel the booking due to busy schedule and planned aqua park trip. Decided to stay convinced by my girl but would never recommend this place to anyone. You never know where you could end up. I had tens of bookings with hotels.com and never wrote negative opinion but such an act below the level deserves the words of truth. I wish no one had ever such a sad and terrible experience.

Very nice small hotel, within easy walking distance of the old town. Chris, the owner made us very welcome and was very attentive and helpful.
Only problem was lack of parking spaces. Had to park on the street.
