Beautiful grounds and decor in the main areas. Restaurant is delicious, busy, and well priced. Pool is incredible. Rooms are a bit dated but the price point is perfect for the location and overall grounds make you feel like you’re in a palace.

Parking was on the stree in front of the hotel, only few places but with security camera. Hotel is very nice and cozy. Very clean room and confortable bed. Restaurant offered complementary drinks and the food is traditional and very tasty. Loved the pool and also spa services. 100% Recommend !

Very friendly service, and the pool and patio are great. The room was nice, only complaints were the room was VERY hot and the vent only blew hot air (reported to staff but their suggestion didn’t work). Also the area around the property seemed a bit sketchy, especially between the hotel and the old town. The restaurant offered great food and outdoor seating but the service was not very good. We were the only ones there and the service was still very slow. Had to get our own napkins and salt off another table. Water never got refilled. Inattentive service at all levels at the restaurant

Such a wonderful experience! I came in the middle of the night and was treated very well by the receptionist. My single room was nice, it feels old fashioned Italian. It felt fresh even though it was older furnitures and so on... Maybe I would have wished for a few more appliance in the rooms. Like hangers and some small things. But the location is really good and calm, the pool area is beautiful. The breakfast was tasty. The welcome drink (a glas of wine) I received the day after, because of my late check in. So I could chose what ever time I wanted. I used the gym, which was okey but not more. The best thing was the staff, so kind and helpful and I also had some good chats with them. No problem to leave your luggage if you have a late flight or train to catch. I would definitely return.

A beautiful hotel, in a quiet spot away from the city centre. The pool was ideal with the hot weather. Breakfast is a bit average but the daytime food offering is very good and there were plenty of staff available to help. Only downside was the lack of free airport shuttle, which I feel they selectively use to entice high-value customers.

Nice rooms but with old and har beds. The design of the room and other areas are really nice. The pool and pool-area is good. 10-15 min walk to the center.

The hotel setting is quaint and beautiful. I was there on snowy weekend and it was so peaceful and lovely there. The food was excellent too. Comfy rooms although a little dated (small TV, no desk, small shower)

Lovely hotel tucked away in a residential area and just 10 or so mins walk from the centre of Timisoara. Definitely recommend.

The property was quaint and lovely. Unfortunately I was there during a wedding reception which was held in the pool area and open air restaurant outside my room and went all night. Also, my tour guide asked if I could grab something from the breakfast bar I'd paid for 15 minutes prior to their official open time to accommodate our tour; they said yes, but when I went down to the breakfast bar the servers had limited English and just kept telling me to come back at 8. They did offer me coffee while I waited which was kind. (Plus there was a BIG spider on the wall in my room.)

We spent just one night at this hotel, but that's enough to know that it is a good hotel. It's close to the city centre and very quiet. Breakfast was also good and the staff very kind.
