The location was perfect for us and the room was nice, Carlos was excellent help and we would stay again. The only thing was the parking is a bit hard.

We enjoyed our stay. Its close enough to walk to downtown and it has great views from the roof top pools. It is clean and the staff is very nice. The price is also very good.

Extremely well managed and maintained the staff are friendly and very helpful. Amazing spot for a quiet getaway.

Nobody there to check us in. Found a maid/cleaner in the hall. She found someone after 25 minutes. Construction noise on the next phase (?) was persistent. Nobody around to check us out so I wrote a note and left it with the key on a table in the foyer. Suite was nice and clean. Not much of a sofa bed. Long way from the beach.

Rooms were nice. Staff Loretta Aval was excellent. Extremely helpful and assisted with all requests. It was a working vacation for me. She would print documents and deliver them to me. We’ll beyond her responsible. She was the best.
