So apparently there is an old part of this hotel that you dont realize you're booking. This is the Blue chip "tower". the Blu Spa tower is the one you want. This old portion has been apparently been there for decades? Its hidden, the rooms and hallways are a disaster and there is no direct way to get to them for parking etc. You have to walk almost a mile form the casino to even get to these rooms. Bc of this, we cancelled our reservation for the next stay. I will absolutely not be doing that again.

A casino hotel needs to fix their hot tub. Inform us it has been closed for several days and no possible fix date established. Unacceptable

Wanted to use the hot tub and when I booked it months ago it was out of order and when we checked in it was still out of order, I don’t think they care to fix it or even clean the pool ,, I had a spa service and had to stay in the old half made me feel less of a guest , thank you blue chip no I’m not a high roller but I do gamble. And spent a lot of money in your hotel

Overall we had a great stay. Our hotel room had an issue with hot water in the shower and the solution from maintenance was to just let it run until it got hot (~7-8 minutes). The nice part was that from the time the complaint was made until maintenance was at my room for was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with that. Check-in was also delayed from the standard 4:00 p.m. time so we had to wait around in the lobby with our luggage until the room was ready. The room in the spa blue tower was clean, spacious, and had a good view. There are complaints from some who say the walk is too long but it's maybe 3-4 minutes from the car to the check in desk.

The hotel is old. Typical casino. The room was dingy; flooring uneven and carpet worn; and the linens on the bed were reversed. They charged us $14 “resort fee” which was ridiculous. Will not return.

Loved the adult only swim, double hot tub, and big fluffy pool towels. Becca checked us in and was wonderful. Overall the hotel was great, staff was great, it was a little dated but we'll definitely come back. Wish they had recycling bins with the trash cans like some hotels have.

Unlike most casino hotels we've stayed at, there were no perks at all. No free breakfast. Parking was quite a walk from the room, no complimentary drinks...nothing.

Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was super hot which was great. Beds were hard and had a dip/groove on one side so you would fall into it. Room was nice and clean.

Planned a quick two night get away for the family. Property was clean and honestly exceeded my expectations. I don’t think some of the reviews match anything close to what I experienced. Everyone was polite and helpful. Complex was clean. Over all very happy and would stay again.
