The property is very nice overall. New and spacious rooms. Cool pool on the roof, with a gym, sauna, and ice room which was ideal for recovery. Although there is construction around I did not hear any noise when in the room. Staff are helpful and always greeting with a smile. It was walking distance to my training (10 min) and to the beach (5 min). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the bangtao area.

There realy was nothing remarkably wow about this property. I will say the staff was very very rude and there was poop in the bathroom. The cleaning lady cleaned it with her bare hand did not wash her hands wiped her hands with a towel then wiped the poop area again with the towel, took the same poop towel wiped the mirror, the sink faucet and my brush. I almost thew up. Staff did not care. The drush went in the trash boght gerx and cleaned everything myself. I felt dirty. So they dont really clean here just make it look clean. No wonder people get sick

It was a nice hotel with a great pool and breakfast. Lots of construction going on around the property. Had lunch at the restaurant a pizza but it wasn’t that good, they had the procutto in the oven and it gave it a bad taste. The cocktails are better :)

The rooms are spacious, wifi works great in the room. Has a mini-kitchen and everything is provided in the room - umbrellas, robes, flip flops, etc.
There is a nice gym, enough for you to keep your muscles working, has a steam (hammam) and a sauna.
The pool area is really nice.
Great staff and service menu in the clinic.
The restaurant is good as well - mix of Thai and Western food, including grill options. The prices are average, slightly expensive for Phuket, however, nothing that will burn a hole in your pocket.
Love the attention to details, the staff is very friendly and helpful, multilingual.
