The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is value for the money. Free airport shuttle service is good for early and late flight. Will stay again.

Room decor was dated and dingy, but otherwise clean. Windows on the landing were jammed open, so lots of aircraft noise.
WiFi did not work for my laptop. I went down to reception, and spoke to the staff, who said there was nothing they could do. Bigger than it looks, about 20 rooms per floor. Its about 15 minutes drive to the airport. Transport to the airport was chaoitic, and arrived late, with not enough spaces for those booked. On a good note, there were many food outlets nearby.

Location provided easy access to market and resturants of great vaiety. The staff was courteous and accomiodatinng.

First of all, the hotel offer airport pickup and drop off which is great for a budget hotel. But you do have to call once you land because it'll take about 15 min.
About the property, once you set the right expectation, then it's a good hotel. Probably best for single travellers or couples on tight budget. At least the bed sheets and towels are very clean!

We couldn't check in due to hotel.com haven't pay to hotel.We have to paid upon check in, and we called hotel.com for help to get refund. Respond are slow ,hotel.com promise will get back to me and send an email, I don't anything. PLEASE HELP FOR MY REFUND ASAP.

Nice place. We just stayed there to sleep to catch our early morning flight.

We decided to book the hotel because we thought we can stay in a comfortable hotel for late flight . But taxi driver refuse to fetch us as the location is too near to the airport.
Secondly , the hotel overall is super dirty , no disposable slipper provided , no mineral water .
The shower water is super hotel *can't adjust
And the toilet cannot flush . Floor and carpet is super dirty and is towel is yellow .
I will never consider to come back again .

My reservation was never in their system once I arrived and had to pay again in cash because I guess they are not on the same page with Hotels.com. I showed them my room reservations and payment confirmation but they had no information of that in their system.

Good location close to airport. Staff helpful, but room became very cold with only an a/c available. Vary noisy construction work all night.
