the receptionist when we check in was very friendly!! I received an unescorted text asking if everything is good. Great service!! Place is really clean , bed very comfortable

We had a three night stay, our first morning we thought we would relax and make coffee in our room. The coffee machine would not work very dissipated. We let the staff know, some one was going to check , we’ll long story short we could not have any coffee unless we went downstairs very disappointed.

Spent five days at the Hotel while attending the F-1 race in Austin. Everything was well done and the staff very helpful.

From check in to check out everyone was so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Just a fair warning. Expedia states the breakfast is $7. It is not its $12 for adults and $8 for kids under 10. It was decent but not worth $12.

Beautiful place, it just had a ceiling leak in the lobby. Hope they took care of it already. I'm sure they did. Love the pool area and the coffee shop. They offer breakfast.

Overall great customer service and the room was very clean and comfortable and the A/C COOLED THE ROOM PERFECTLY. Had a good night sleep 100 percent.
