The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your tourist questions and provides useful information. I have stayed hundreds of hotels and this one has the best trained staff I have encountered. The breakfast variety and quality is a great way to start your day of sightseeing. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of most major attractions.

We had the pleasure of staying at Roombach Hotel Budapest Center in Budapest, and our experience was fantastic.
The service at the hotel was exceptional throughout our stay. The team went above and beyond to assist us, including helping us purchase train and river cruise tickets, which made our travel plans much easier and more enjoyable. Their local knowledge and willingness to help were truly invaluable.
The hotel's central location also made it convenient for us to access major attractions and public transport.

We spent a couple of nights at Roombach, room was pretty small but clean. Our room’s AC didn’t work so it was warm during nights. The location is near lots of pubs so very noisy on weekends. Breakfast was tasty but very crowded, on one morning we had to wait for a table. Staff was friendly.

The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Zoltan who made me feel welcome at the check in. They all helped me throughout my stay with a smile on their face.
The only downside is that the road can be noisy and a little draft comes from the windows. Apart from that, everything was great, including the lovely breakfast.
