Clean & Comfortable. Simple country furnishing. A wonder place to sit out on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine.

My family stayed in the Homestead cabin August 29-September 1. We loved it, and will stay there again!
The owner was easy to contact, and very helpful.
The cabin is beautiful, air conditioning worked great, beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure and were hot. Peaceful and relaxing. Views were so pretty of the foggy sunrise fields in the distance. You will not go wrong here.
Thank you for the cookies! They were an added touch that made it feel even more homey.

Half the price of a luxury booking, twice the value. Amazing sugar cookies, views of the countryside, comfortable furniture, and a stove, sink, hot tub, shower, bathroom, fridge and freezer all in mint condition.

Truly enjoyed my stay in the Friends & Family cabin. (Bottom half of cabin,) It only has a small refrigerator but that was fine, it was what I expected.
Very quiet and peaceful location. Walked into Berlin to shop & eat. It's about a mile walk. About,half of the walk is done with no sidewalks. I felt completely safe walking by myself.
Great directions and easy check in & out. Plan to return in the future.

Pros - Communication and directions were wonderful. Property was clean and well decorated. Front porch area was relaxing. Had grill, fire pit, and chairs available. Close to town.
Cons - The mattresses on both beds are in desperate need of replacement. We did not sleep well and woke up with sore backs.
