It was a beautiful hotel but the garage didn’t have a lot of space for guess to park and still payed for parking didn’t like that

Didn't gets the room I paid for all i got was a double bed.

Very clean hotel with lots of amenities and space to hang out. Rooms were spacious and the staff very welcoming. Great location for west loop and even downtown restaurants and bars.

Everything was good, except check-in. After 10 hours driving all you want is having good service at the front desk, this guy, his name is Joshua was so rude with us, shows anger when he sees us.

Hotel is in a great location, very clean and well kept up, but the bed really ruined it for me. It was rock solid and I didn't sleep well for the 4 nights I was there.

It wasn't the deluxe suite with a view even though we booked it for the best suites and not the 9th with the only view wss opened curtains with alot to see.Also i am an Hilton Honor for at least 30 yrs, just a very bad experience for my special day.

Our stay at Homewood was very good. We really liked the location. We slept better than we had in a long time. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, including good coffee. The parking was easy. We stayed 3 nights, it was very good.

Guest parking lot should be priority for the hotel. I am glad the employer was able to accommodate us.

Come to find out
She lied and we had to go somewhere else to stay. I don’t recommend anyone to go stay there and I will not be back
