The room was nice and confortable but too much noises during the night. I stay 12 nights and I must to wake up during the night to ask at the reception to send someone to stop the noise. The housecleaners did so much noises too in the morning starting at 6

Someone tried to steal my vehicle which was parked in the hotel parking lot and had broken the window glass. Will not stay here again.

Worst hotel stay. cleaness was poor and first room smelled like urine (which got my partner sick) and the second one that garbage from previous renter were still in the garbage and tooth paste in the sink
Rented for 2 days stay which should of been in the same room
but ended up getting changed rooms 3 times and had lots of luggages to carry to and from car and various rooms
For our Friday night stay we were going to rent again but happy i didnt purchased it at the same time as my 2 previous nights. I will most likely go elsewhere
and a truck got broken into in the parking

I saw a hunk of something in the bath tub therefore I didn’t use it . There is no where in their pet policy that there was an extra charge

The stay was a nice. There was a little too much humidity in the room and the unpleasant point is that there is a kitchen but no service. The goal is certainly not to have to buy pans, plates, services and glasses during the holidays when there is a kitchen!

Remodeling of room next to me 89 woke us up about every day.
Lots of people yelling at night and in mornings.

No one cleaned our room and the smoke alarm kept making noise all night

It was not clean we stayed for 15days they only clean the room one time those who stayed on the top of us was so loud I couldn’t even sleep flies were everywhere in the room and bathroom dirty hotel really

Bed sheets has stains, pillows were dirty too, i dont think they clean the bedsheets or pillow cover...we stayed there for 2 nights and no one come next morning for room service. Wahsroom doors were dirty and satined.

I stayed for a week. I didn't get any room service. I called and asked for towels and was told I could only get towels once.

I did not have high expectations and I can overlook signs of wear and tear but there we no towels in the room, no phone and no heavy curtains to block out outside light overnight.
