The walls in this beautiful place is way to thin . You can hear EVERYTHING . And when I’m woke up at 330 a.m. cause the bed that’s hitting the wall in the room next to mine and it’s causing my bed to move, then the walls are to thin .

Booked room online same day. The rooms that were available were dirty and no one was there to clean rooms. Therefore there was no room available for me and manager refused to refund me my money.

Overall, the stay was fine. We were not allowed to use the restroom beside the elevators across from the workout room. We were told it was for employees only. I have stayed at this chain before and this has never happened. There was a constant smell of Marijuana throughout the smoke free facility. Very disappointing, at least we didn't have children with us. This is an annual trip. We will stay elsewhere next year.

Tv had no remote, towels were dirty, bed was wobbly., blood stain on the pillow, wipe marks on the microwave and mirror. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beds very uncomfortable! Only mattress. No hairdryer. Smelled like weed in hallway and in room. Woman complained about her room smelling terrible upon check-in so I knew we weren’t going to enjoy it. To pay $150 for a crappy room is irritating!

the property is as expected. Clean and well kept. the location is a bit inconvenient. I would suggest better fitting sheets and a grab bar at the end of the tub. I'm a small person and the tub side is a little high for safe entry and exit from the tub.

When we arrived to our room. The whole room was a complete mess. It looked like we had walked into a used room as the beds were undone and the place looked lived in.
Thankfully we were able to get a new room. However there was a pair of used socks in the room and no hotel soap, so maybe are new room hadn’t really been turned over either.
I will say that the people at the front desk were very nice and polite.

This place had absolutely nothing to offer. There is a full kitchen but you must bring your own cookware, utensils or purchase them. They don’t even have plastic utensils. No extra pillows, towels, nothing. They have laundry room on site but no machine for quarters. Worst experience. Beware

PROS: This hotel was very clean and looked shiny-new. My room wasn’t carpeted, and had nice sweepable flooring instead. The room was comfortable with a full-size refrigerator, a couple of burners, a microwave, a sink and decent-enough counter space. We stayed only one night but it would have been nice for a longer stay.
CONS: No hotel should exist without blackout curtains. The window shades look nice but are impractical and let light into my room all night long. There’s no ice machine. There were two ice trays in the freezer but you have to wait for the water to freeze. The hotel can’t do anything about this, but a herd of elephants was having a drum-playing convention right above me at 5:30 in the morning. My friend said her room was very quiet all night.
All in all, it was a nice stay.
