The hotel experience was very nice. The room was ordinary but clean. Balcony with the view of a pine garden and a little bit the sea was beautiful.

Very small bath cabin (in very big bathroom)
There are no bathrobes.
The breakfast - very poor.
Too far from public transport to Venice - you have to drive.

Eventho we stayed just one night , theater stay was not nice . First night at the dinner we where sat in the very back of the restaurant by ourselves as black people while all the white people sat together. Our room was next to a public restroom which was smelling very bad . And the lady at reception (it was was specificall lady who spoke some English ) was super rude ! Customer service is not priority in this hotel ,they won’t listen to your needs or take care of it .
They held on to our money for 5 days even after we paid when we checked out . It was a back and forth of calling them to finally on day 4 they decided to call their bank to release our money ! I would not trust them and pay cash when checking out to make sure they won’t charge your debit card 3 times . Which happened to us . And when I called to say my concerns I got told I’m keeping them from working . First time and last time I stayed there .

The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Monika and the other girls on reception. Our luggage was lost in transit for two days and they bent over backwards to help us. Food was excellent and the pool area was spotless. Well worth a visit.

Had a fabulous week at the hotel with our teenage sons. The hotel was in a quiet location with easy access to the main centre via the frequent bus services. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable with effective air conditioning which was a welcome respite from the heat. The pool area was fabulous and it was always possible to get a sun bed. Staff at the pool bar were really friendly and the service was great.
