Great hotel a little off the beaten path. Great value if you don’t mind a walk. The decor was a little outdated and trying too hard to be contemporary. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately I’m not able to rate a 5 star review. This is my experience: Day 1, we found out the shower drain was block, found myself my legs being soaked in the shower with dirty water, had to get out of shower quickly (about 2 mins shower) worried the water gonna run out the shower room and flood the entire bathroom. Day 2, around 10:30 am wake up and rang the reception desk to request to fix the drain, they promised will do that during the day. Came back to hotel in the late evening, 10 pm found out the shower is still blocked. Rang the reception desk they said will get back to wait. Waited about 30 min no one back to me. Rang again, they requested me to hold the phone , waited, then they said to provide me a different room which is located on 6th floor ( my room is on 9th floor) for a shower only. And will let me know when the room is ready. Waited another 30 mins. No one ever contact me and I had to ring AGAIN, they said just 5 mins someone will bring me a room key. Waited another hour. No one ever bring me a key or fix the drain. It’s 11:50 pm. I was too tired to wait so I rang the reception please don’t bother to bring me key anymore I need to sleep now. It’s horrible. Day 3, 10 am in the morning I rang the reception desk Again, they apologised about last night and offered me free breakfast for the next day. And they also sent someone to fix the drain finally, actually they could have done that one day before. Drain finally fixed. Thank god.

Front desk staff friendly but not often helpful if an issue arose . Natalia however was excellent! Elevator often not working properly. Alternative exit from 2 nd floor was stairs but door to main flor was locked.

Nice clean hotel, 10mins from train station and 20min from city center

Convenient pre-cruise hotel for exploring Amsterdam. Near Train Central. Visited many Amsterdam classics (Anne Frank house, Rijksmuseum, other. Upscale feel to hotel and room. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, However... I asked for a room as far away from the elevator as possible and that put me in a room as close to the elevator as one could get. There was a tremendous amount of construction going on which they were very upfront about. Because of the open architecture the construction was amplified up to the 7th floor. The staff was really helpful, pleasant and Amazing! The hotel location was wonderful, quiet and had very good accessibility to Joordan. My biggest complaint was that the elevators were using some software from the 1500's as I had to wait over 20 minutes to get from the basement restaurant to my room. Incredibly slow at all times. In summary the room was lovely...

Had a fantastic time at the hotel. The whole wall of windows in the room gave great views of the marina and city.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Spacious room, comfy bed and good shower. Iron and hair dryer plus shampoo/conditioner. Mini bar stocked with reasonable prices. 10 minute walk from central station and into the main town. Nice to be slightly out of the centre. Would definitely come back.
