I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights.
Positive:
* Staff was very professional and very attentive.
* Place was big with lots of activities
* Food was good. Buffets have a lot of choice.
* service was excellent
* clean rooms
Negative:
* resort was way overcrowded.
*Adult pool was overcrowded and dirty.
* Pool had 80% men staring at us the whole time
* People swimming in pool with regular cloths on.
* drinks and cocktails selection are limited with them being watered down.
* no bathroom or bed room amenities.
* beach access no life guard and when you step on to the beach you get harrased by locals.
Overall it will be a great place if they only allow people who stay overnight and not allow anyone on day pass.
Cost of everything is a bit too high for resorts in Sri lanka.

The property was clean and the service was excellent. Special mention to the head chef and staff at dining. The food was excellent at or above international standards. I loved the food and drinks here along with excellent customer service. Looking forward to coming back here and enjoying the wonderful hospitality of this place!!

Fantastic beach. This hotel is the worst riu I’ve been at. We didn’t sleep at all due to the barking dogs in the street. The restaurants called a la carte at actually buffets as well and were limited in their operation. The staff was courteous and kind. The cleaning was done well. The location too close to a main road is a serious problem here through

Cleanliness, food, pools and most important the staff. Always attentive, eager to help, smiling and look like they enjoy themselves while Mali g you very welcome.
The dining room and specially crew were great. The pool crew did an excellent job. Room was clean by wonderful attentive personnel.

Really nice stay, i recommend this hotel. Very clean, the staff is awsome. Food can be dry sometime, but overall the food is very great. There is a nice bar in the pool.Alchol choice is somewhat limited. The beach is perfect, its clean and sandy. There is some locals, on the beach who will push the usual stuff they all sell but, if you say "no thanks" they won't annoy you more than that.

Overall the hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff, food, rooms, pools. I think I am being really picky by saying there was a small amount of mould between the tiles in the bathrooms. I will be returning to this hotel though!!!!

Modern, great place comparing to others in Sri Lanka. More expensive than many other but offers all day food, amazing pools, and pool bar. Good place for families with kids

Absolutely relaxing from the moment of arrival until departure. We arrived an hour before checking and we’re graciously quickly checked in. Rooms are modern, clean and efficient. The food is very good quality and there is regular variety. The pools are pristine, and the pool bar is great. The beach itself is touch and go, so many stick to the pools.

The food is very good quality and there is regular variety. The pools are pristine, and the pool bar is great. The beach itself is touch and go, so many stick to the pools.

Some of the facilities are closed by using COVID-19 as an excuse. For instance, after hour meal service would have been open pretty easily. Also, no snacks provided in bars. In general, the Rooms are pretty basic. No electric kettle or coffee making facilities. I doubt that rooms are in 5 start rating. The food is also average. Spread is quite poor and taste is also questionable. Pool is good also the pool bar is amazing.
