We appreciate the hotel being new but the area in and around the hotel is a little on the seedy side. A little questionable. But we have noticed this on all of the JR properties we've stayed at. So I guess we will try a different chain of hotel next time.

Stayed one night since we had to be up early the next day for some planned activities. It is a business hotel, and you can definitely see it. Our very small room was right in front of the elevators, so you could clearly hear when people were standing outside to wait for them. One of the pillows had what seemed like a small dried blood spot (covered by the pillow case) that we had to swap out, and the pyjamas both had hair on them. Besides this, the room was pretty clean, but I did not sleep well that night because of all the noise and feeling uncomfortable. The TV only had "on demand" shows where you had to go and buy a ticket to watch the show/movie. You could not connect and watch your own streaming services. A small amenities bar on the first floor provided coffee/tea/toothbrush etc. but if you wanted a hairbrush or razor, you would have to pay a small fee. No water bottles were included in the stay. Conveniently located 5min walk from Nagoya station, and there are also some nice restaurants around. For the price for two people for one night, it was okay. But I would personally not want to stay there again, since there are probably better alternatives in the price range.

Staff was friendly and efficient and room was clean, however I wish I had stayed on the other side of the station as I found the area too seedy. I would have felt unsafe anyplace else but in Japan.

Excelente location! Many restaurants to eat close by, a family mart and about 3 minutes walking distances from Nagoya Station. Mall area is also close. Hotel is very clean, room space was a standard, amenities very good, breakfast was excellent

The room and toilet is quite spacious compared to other business inns around the station. Toilet is split into dry sink toilet bowl area and inner shower area, which within has a sit-down shower area and bathtub. I love that you can see the live status of the laundry from the TV homescreen. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, choose either Jap or Western main set.

The only downside is that the street area is downscale, but safe and clean. Everything else was fine. About a ten minute walk to Nagoya Station, which is why I chose it. Good basic breakfast.

Property is near Nagoya station thus very accessible. Nagoya castle was only 15-20 mins from hotel. Lots of dining options and shopping malls nearby. We have been travelling around Japan for 3 weeks, and this is the only hotel where we did not have to ride a train or bus to go to where we want to be. Hotel size is slightly bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed at plus there was a seating area which was a bonus since we always stop by at convenience stores before heading back to the hotel…(I think all tourists in Japan are guilty of this. Ahaha)
