I'm not really sure why this place has such a good rating, the description is very misleading. There's no restaurant or room service, or at least there wasn't when I stayed. I was told there was no minibar, apparently there is a very limited one and I was told to use Whatsapp to contact the hosts but my messages weren't read for over 24hours. The 'self-serve laundry' is the staff laundry that is used by the cleaners and there was nowhere to dry clothes. I was utterly exhausted when I arrived and just wanted to eat in my room, do my laundry on-site and relax. Unfortunately, despite the description, none of this was possible. Also, the bathroom had septic problems and made the whole room stink and there was no hot water in the shower.
The hosts were very helpful and drove me without charge to restaurants and a laundry, but it didn't make up for all the bad things, unfortunately.
