This place is run down. Garbage and filth all over the common areas. Needs power washing and upkeep. The beds were the best part but the floors needed scrubbing. No phone in the room.

We left at 5 am because of the odor, couldn't stand it any longer.

The pictures are very deceiving beds are not comfortable and very springy there is mold build up in the ceiling in the walls below the sink the shower curtain had mold and the soap holder in the shower had black mold all across it we had to bleach our room before we could stay and we only stayed a few days until our new place was ready for us to move in even my kids said they would never stay there again and they are 11 and 7 the staff themselves are great but the property needs work for sure

The rooms had no trash cans, no towels or toilet paper. There was roaches every night in the bathroom, also the door lock was broken so the rigged something up to allow it to lock and then ac quit working so they moved us to a room where the outer door handle wouldn’t unlock the door thankfully it was our last night or we wouldn’t have been able to get into the room

Low income based housomg, people actually live here, that abuse substances. So imagine yelling and fighting and cops everyday. Ttash, trash ,and trash smells like rotting fish mixed with death. Tampons in pool! Roachs in rooms and all over, gave t.p once and towels once, wanted new blackets and they didnt have any, stayed a few nights and was like what kind of helll did i stop in. Tried to give my garbage to housekeeping and was directed to the dumpster to take it myself. They literally brought my garbage back to me. Not worth it. And you pay $100 extra no matter what. You get charged for smoking even if you don’t smoke because the rooms are that smelly.

Great and helpful staff very friendly, they just dont have a good maintenance person or something the floor when you walk in gives in a little and the bathroom was the same way, easy fixes, the shower was kinda gross looking on the wall all kinds of random marks just needed a simple paint job. The tv was crazy fuzzy like watching antenna tv in the 90s simple fix too just get better wires and tighten them down more the room smelled damp when we walked in the first tim too, room 103 to be specific. Other than those simple things the place was acceptable

The hotel is run down, needs an extrwme make over, ita flithy, bugs were all over the 1st room . I had to get a new room. The florra were dirty and wore down bad, the water didn't turn off in the shower, etc. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The receptionist was super nice. However the housekeeping service was terrible. The property ran out of toilet paper, towels & wash cloths. My family had to purchase our own from local stores. There were no trash cans in the room. The light bulbs in the room were out. The latch lock on the door was broken. The walls & floors in the room were very dirty. After showering & walking across the floors, the bottom of your feet get black and dirty. The receptionist was waiting on management the entire weekend to bring items to the property that they were out of. By the time my family checked out, management still did not show to the property with items.

We walked to our room and the door barely locked, the only light was a lamp plugged into an extension cord, no towels, stains on the bed spread, floors extremely squishy, mold in the tub, no in room phone to call for assistance, more bugs and something fuzzy hanging from the top of the closet door. We decided to leave because we were literally creeped out. The only good thing was that we received a refund.
