This villa is located on a private estate near La Croix-Valmer, in a quiet and green environment. The views are breathtaking: from the Corniche des Maures to the sea view towards Cap Lardier. You can stay here comfortably with your family or friends. The 2 levels of the house are connected by an outside staircase. The living rooms and 2 of the bedrooms are on the terrace level. The other bedrooms are on the garden level. On the terrace level is the summer lounge on the large open terrace with built-in barbecue. The dining room also opens onto the terrace, perfect for sharing meals with the table for 12 guests (integrated extensions). The kitchen has been renovated in 2020, all the equipment is recent (induction hob, oven, double door large capacity fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster). In the living room you will find a fireplace and television as well as a Yamaha Clavinova piano. You will find board games, some toys for the children, books... Of course WiFi is available. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, the room opens onto the terrace and has a double bed 160x200cm, as well as a safe. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed 160x200cm which can be separated into 2x80x200cm. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, the toilet is independent. On the garden and pool level there is a bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm which can be separated into 2x80x200cm. A second room with a dormitory can accommodate 6 people with 6 beds 80x200cm (4 bunk beds 2 individual). The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The toilet is independent. The laundry room is also independent and has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The magnificent swimming pool is 10mx4m and has a roller shutter (certified safety NF P90-308). The pool is open from 1/05 to 30/09 and is surrounded by sunbeds, garden tables and other furniture. Have fun on the Boulodrome - petanque balls are provided. There is parking for 2 to 3 cars. Access to the property is via an electric gate. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a charming town on the French Riviera. It is known for its picturesque beaches and crystal clear waters. Cavalaire-sur-Mer has all the amenities (supermarket, Provencal market, doctors, bike rental, media library...), its port offers boat rental, a sailing club, diving, and the shuttle to Porquerolles/Port Cros) as well as various summer animations From the villa you have access in 3 minutes to the Equestrian Centre, in 8 minutes to the Tennis Club and in 4 minutes to the nearest beach by car, as well as to the mini-market and bakery. There is direct access to the Massif des Maures (for cycling and hiking). There are many possibilities to discover the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Information - Animals: Not allowed This accommodation can only be rented for recreational purposes. Unless otherwise stated, you should arrive between 12:00 and 16:00 and leave before 10:00. After completing your reservation, you will receive your travel documents and all the necessary information for your stay. Due to the quietness of this house, no rentals are granted to youth groups. Reservations for groups under 30 years of age are not accepted. Student parties, bachelor/girlfriend parties or other such parties are not allowed in this house.
