Friendly staff who spoke good English and very large and comfortable room. Shower was a bit broken and there weren't enough pulg sockets. But it was well equipped otherwise with a fridge, kettle and the air con and WiFi worked well. We also got two complimentary bottles of water and they provided toothbrushes (if you needed them) and robes.

We stayed for 6 nights here, the place is central, good walkning distance to everything.
Also we booked a tour with guide (peri from reception) and driver. This was an affordable solution for 4 nights, we had a great time. Just ask the girls at the reception and they will help you with a nice trip around Issyk-Kul lake seeing the mountains, waterfalls, hot springs, yurts etc.

Good location. Superb front desk staff, especially Sanjar who helped me find the western bus station and purchased a bus ticket to Almaty. Breakfast selection was decent. Areas of improvement are: 1. Outlet location in the room #2. The road in front of the hotel has deep potholes and full of dirty water after the rain. It was challenging to walk to the main street

The rooms are warm and cozy and the breakfasts are perfect but the real asset to the establishment is the hotel staff - upon request I was given an extra duvet to keep warm at night and the reception also arranged for me a free transfer to the airport on check out. Highly recommended!

No four star hotel seems to have anything else but instant coffee. The A/C in our room wasnt keeping up with the temperature but seemed to be 3-4 degrees above what was stated on the digital display on the unit.

This is a decent hotel which is relatively new. The room and bathroom were clean. The temperature of the room for January time was warm and nice. The immediate surrounding area is quiet but within walking distance to good restaurants and shops. There is free tea and coffee facility in the restaurant area of the hotel which is useful. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The manager and staff are friendly and proactively ensured that I was happy during my stay. Overall my stay was brilliant.

Very clean, good bathroom and quite comfortable bed. Air-conditioning was poor and wifi was not accessible from the room. Hotel is located walking distance from city center, but in a back street. Very friendly staff and transport from and to the airport provided free of charge.
