Located a short walk from downtown Main Street and approximately 150 yards to the Quicksilver lift, this condo has everything you could want and more!
Master bedroom has king size bed with private balcony, private bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in closet, and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bunk bed (queen up/queen down) with full size trundle beneath, sleeps 6! Third bedroom has queen bed and beautiful mountain views. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the second and third bedrooms, and half bath in the hallway off the living room. Beds sleep 10.

- Washer/Dryer in unit to dry out all of the snow gear
- Everything you need in the kitchen to make whatever sounds good
- Nespresso Coffee Machine and Milk Frother (some capsules are available, but bring your favorite flavors please)
- Gas fireplace in Living room (controlled by thermostat next to fireplace)
- Roku for living room TV, and smart TV in the master bedroom
- Full balcony off dining room with propane grill
- Dining table seats 8
- Underground heated parking garage (one space) and above ground parking area (one space), for a total of 2 parking spots.

This property was everything that was advertised and promised. I loved staying here. It was spacious and clean and had everything that opened and closed.
The owners were easily accessible, friendly, and always answered my queries quickly and clearly.
It has everything that any family or group would want while on vacation. The location was quiet and easily accessible. Everything except the market was within easy walking distance. We would walk into Breckenridge for everything we wanted to do.
I highly recommend this condo and would happily use it whenever I visit Breckenridge.

we had a great time in Breckenridge, the condo was exactly as advertised, very short walk to Main Street. short Easy to get to skiing via a car or shuttle, <10 minute walk to a lift. Definitely would stay here again.

We have been to Breck a couple of times and stayed in different apartments in the Powderhorn complex since its convenient location (3min walk to lifts, 10mins to main st).
We stayed for a week. This apartment was really one of the BEST we stayed in - very convenient layout to stay with family, EVERYTHING works, no issues whatsoever, even very sharp (!) knives in the kitchen.
Also very convenient it comes with two parking spaces (1 garage, 1 on the deck in front of property).
BIG thanks to the host who keeps this property in great condition and sharing it with guests to enjoy!

Second time staying at this property and have already booked a third for next year. Location is fabulous. Walking to quicksilver and ski school is easy. Getting to town easy as well.

Seriously was an awesome stay. We loved the location of this place. We could not have asked for a better location for our mixed group of learners and seasoned enthusiasts. It took so much weight off knowing we were within a stones throw of the lifts. Such a great experience! Hope to be able to come back again!

Our family loves the location of this property because of its easy convenience to downtown. The kitchen and dining room table make it perfect for enjoying dinner at home after a busy day of outdoor activities. The balcony is nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. It was our second stay at the property and we'll look forward to more in the future.

This property has a great location and good size. The kitchen is a nice size and very clean. The place was clean and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap was provided for us. We also had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Dish soap and dish towels were provided as well. The one bummer and this is not the property owners fault, is the pool has limited seats around the pool. It really could stand to have more chairs around the pool. We would stay there again.

Condo was as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. Access to Quicksilver lift and a rental shop in the Marriott just 5 minutes down the street. 4 hot tubs and a changing room with showers and lockers right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice property. It is close to the Quicksilver lift…my family enjoyed coming in for lunch rather than packing a lunch. Kitchen was well stocked and the entry area had a lot of hooks and space for coats/bibs/boots, etc. Plenty of bath towels provided. My only complaint is that for family of 6 with nearly a weeks stay, there was not enough toilet paper provided. For the price, I’d like to not have to purchase extra TP. Otherwise, good property, I’d stay again.

Just as advertised. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids (5-8y/o) comfortably.
Getting to and from quicksilver lift was easy and dropping the kids at ski school was a breeze- even with kids in ski boots.
They walk to town was easy and done by the kids as well.
The only con was not having the pool and hot tub on site and needing to walk across the street to get to them.
Absolutely would stay here again.

This condo was exactly what was advertised. Very close (5 minutes) from the lift at Peak 9 and 10 minutes to downtown. Clean and comfortable with garage parking. Would recommend.

Location was great for a Breck ski trip with family/friends. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 5 children with all the amenities we need. Close walk to base of Peak 9 and to Main St. Would absolutely stay again! Only comment is the description references “dual queen size bunk beds” which we initially interpreted as two queen size bunk beds (ie 4 mattresses). It is just one set of queen size bunk beds (plus a trundle that pulls out). Worked for our group but wanted to clarify in case others read it the way we did.

This condo far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. It is so clean, very comfortable, and very well appointed with warm furnishings and the kitchen is stocked for true cooking! Access to ski is amazing …hot tub experience far superior to other rentals. loved this place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Warrior's Mark! This was the perfect condo for our group of 6. The location for both skiing and enjoying the town is perfect. The condo is so comfortable, clean and well supplied. The view from every window is amazing! The beds were super comfy and were a welcome retreat after a long day on the slopes. Having a washer and dryer in the units is so helpful as well as the large entryway with plenty of hooks for coats, hats, etc. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful property located within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The sound of the creek was awesome. Condo was perfectly stocked with all necessary amenities and very comfy beds. This condo was absolutely perfect! It was such a short walking distance to downtown and had super easy access to the pool and hot tub areas. It has a gorgeous creek behind it and we had a wonderful stay! I will definitely be booking this property again in the future

Nice location within easy walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. The kitchen had excellent counter space, which helped in prepping meals, baking and arranging flowers for our son's rehearsal dinner.

We had a great experience at this property. 2 parking passes, easy access to 3rd floor using elevator, very clean and accurate listing. The pool/hot tubs are a very short walk across the street, family friendly and warm!! Our kids loves it. Great access to head out of Breckenridge to the south to many hiking trails. Perfect walking distance to downtown area. Exactly all the things we were looking for! The sound of the blue river and great views from the location were a bonus!

From start to finish, the process of renting the property and our stay was great. The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with really everything you could need making the stay truly enjoyable. It was a short walk to shopping and food and the creek just behind it was a wonderful addition for views and listening at night.
