I really wanted to give a good review as the property is nice and the trip started off pretty well but the whole experience just went downhill. When I booked I requested a 12:00 checkout. The owner agreed and said that she’d let cleaners know. Well I started packing my car around 11 only to find the next renters standing in the driveway confused. They were told they could check in at 11(we had to wait til 3). Not only was it uncomfortable packing up the car while 3 women stood, watched and waited but proof that the place is not cleaned between guests. Upon our arrival there were dead bugs, a dirty blanket thrown on corner of the room in one of the bedrooms, beds sloppily thrown together, lots of stuff in dryer, etc. i made the beds before leaving and left the place neat and tidy but now I’m a little nauseous thinking we all slept on unclean sheets just like the people checking in were about to do. Upon leaving I immediately reached out to the owner (who was very responsive up until the day we checked in) and I have not heard a peep. I requested the cleaning fee back in refund as I clearly paid for a service I did not receive. I also don’t know how the owner can give any guest a rating when no one goes in to see how the place is left after each checkout.

Perfect for us.Will stay again! I would recommend bringing a matress pad for the master bedroom it is a very stiff mattress.

We loved this place. Great for us and the pooches. The host is friendly and responsive. We will be back!
