The third bedroom has a full-sized bed, the fourth bedroom has three queen beds, and the fifth bedroom has one queen bed. The open living room is filled with natural lighting and offers a spacious, comfortable space for family movie nights. The living room flows into a dining space where there is seating for 8. The kitchen has been recently updated and is equipped with all the necessities needed for preparing meals throughout your stay. The ground floor offers a separate space for kids to hang out, watch TV, and play games. The back deck overlooking the beach with long range ocean views is a great place to relax at any time of the day to enjoy the sights and sounds that Topsail has to offer.

This home offers a private beach access with a handicapped ramp to the beach at the public beach access next door. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a long day in the sand. For entertainment, high-speed internet, 4 Smart TVs, a DVD player and many board games are available. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.
