The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ready to handle all your culinary needs. The dining area opens up to our fully enclosed four-season room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the wildlife that frequently visit the back of our property. This sunroom is an ideal spot to relax and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.

Outside the sunroom, you can access our outdoor grill and fire pit area, perfect for evening barbecues and gatherings under the stars. Back inside, a hallway from the kitchen leads to two cozy bedrooms with queen beds, one of which includes a TV. Additionally, there is a charming kids' room furnished with four twin beds and a TV. This floor also houses a full bathroom for your convenience.

Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a spacious lounge area with another large TV, creating a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. This floor also includes an office space that doubles as an extra sleeping area with a spare queen bed, and another full bathroom. Whether you need to catch up on work or enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, this area caters to your needs.

For those seeking fun and games, our game room is a highlight of the Bear Trail Inn. Equipped with a kids' arcade, mini pool, air hockey, and ping pong table, it offers endless entertainment options for guests of all ages. The Bear Trail Inn promises a delightful stay, blending comfort, relaxation, and adventure in a beautiful natural setting.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to whole house except a garage and closet.

Beach/pool access: $12/day per person , lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.

In winter months we strongly recommend for you to have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While we have paved roads and a paved driveway there is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Any last-minute bookings within 4 days of check in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc., grocery items guests are responsible for such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc.
