This open concept condo is located in an eight (8) unit condo building, steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and restaurants, bars & family attractions.

While the place is small (440 sq ft), it is very open and modern with top amentities. Both bedrooms have one (1) queen bed, air conditioning and closets. Please know that the bathroom small, but is very nice and functional.

The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have recently been renovated and included a 43" smart tv, hi-speed wifi and all new furniture throughout.

Fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Oven and Stove Top, with dining table, Kuerig coffee maker provide (bring your own Kcups).

As a benefit, we provide two (2) adult beach badges, additional badges can be purchased at the beach. We also provide bed linens and bath towels. Please bring your own personal items such as soap and shampoo as we do not provide those items.

One of the key benefits is that it comes with your own parking spot & outdoor space with a table and chairs and bench to unwind.

NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own. We hire a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.
