For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted. The property is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet required.
