within walking distance to Charming downtown Brevard and our peaceful wooded retreat. We have a spacious , well stocked kitchen, all new appliances and gas stove. There is a den with tv, coffee bar. and a separate dining room, large living room with new pullout sofa bed and tv. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and private bathroom with double sinks. Second bedroom has 2 new twin beds. A very large deck with 6 person table, chairs and umbrella, charcoal grill overlooks a wooded, private backyard, leading to the creek with additional seating there. A washer and dryer are available. We are a smoke free property and do not allow any pets. Parking is available for 2 vehicles only, no trailers or boats. The owners residence is on the lower level with a separate entry, ensuring your complete privacy. Come and unwind in this peaceful haven, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a relaxing getaway.. No early check-ins, as we need time for cleaning.
