This property charges for everything, the air conditioning is terrible. It is always hot in the room. The pool closes at early. No extra pillows was given. Just one flat pillow each for one bed.

The AC was nonfunctional in our first room, and very weak when we were moved to another. Otherwise great shower, service, breakfast, and surrounding area.

Sorry way to much noise if you go out late the noise in the am is too much need sound proofing in rooms it’s Ibiza you need to get some sleep in day

Loveliest experience. Would be nice to have a do not disturb sign. The cleaning person (who is super lovely by the way ) opened the room both days just before 9 am startling us a little as we were asleep.

If you’re looking for a cheap and nice place to stay definitely come here. It’s affordable, the breakfast buffets is very nice with a mixture of everything. The hotel is very close to the airport literally about 15 minutes in the cab and it only cost about 20£ so a good price if you’re splitting it. The hotel is close to the beach, and near the shops and restaurants if you want to roam around.

Good hotel to stay a couple of days. Pool was cold (April). Not enough umbrellas on the pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of options. Room conditions wasn’t good. Uncomfortable beds. Cleaning service wasn’t good. We didn’t had shampoo refilled and hair dryer wasn’t working. No drinking water. No coffee or tea in the room. Small TV. Smelly room. Otherwise good hotel. It is not enough stuff in the hotel and sometimes you are waiting very long in the reception desk or if you need something. Pool towels only for 20 euro cash deposit what we doesn’t like it

It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Nice, clean hotel within 10 mins walk to the egg roundabout, and around 15 mins to the Bay and Mambos. Stayed in November so season was closed, hotel allowed us to check in early and called us taxis when required. Will stay again.

Large clean pool and great pool area. Room and beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast buffet.

Lovely and friendly staff, great welcome! Clean and spacious room especially as there were 4 adults! Pool was great size and the lovely gent assisting us all to get sun beds was fab! Only issue we had was that the shower didn’t drain the water away very well and therefore the whole bathroom floor soon became flooded but we were only there one night so not an issue Would stay again

The room I booked was a standard but I think we got a nearly refurbished was lovely and just what we needed for a short break. The only thing was the air con we left it on all night but just wasn’t very cold we were still boiling. But overall I would recommend and I would return. Thank you

The only downside was the air con, or lack of, we stayed for 1 night on our arrival to Ibiza and the air con did eventually start getting cool, we also stayed here on our last night in a supposedly suite but wasn't much different from our first night and the AC wasn't working! In that heat you need air con. It was blowing out slightly cold air but it never filled the room so trying to get ready and sleep was a nightmare. A shame as we probably wouldn't stay again. But the rest of the facilities are spot on.

The nicest staff as per, second time staying here as we love it! Only thing was that the air con in the room wasn’t great. We were only there 3 nights though so didn’t mention it.
