Well located. However the room is tiny. Not able to move. But even worse the mattresses are hard the mattress top slips off while you’re sleeping. Very uncomfortable sleep if you can fall asleep on that mattress

The hotel was shut due to building work. No correspondence to say they had moved us to another hotel. Terrible communication, would not book again through hotels.com

Conviniently located in 15 minutes walk from Nice airport, carefour supermarket is on backyard. Good place to stay if you have to wait for flight.

Have stayed here twice now and the rooms are good for a night or two especially if you have an early flight out or get in late since it's only a 10 minute walk from terminal 1. Rooms are small but are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Nice. It's at the very end of the famous promenade, but closer to the airport than the shops and beaches. The hotel itself is old (the outside looks like a factory) and dated but decent if you're staying one night on a layover. Walk to the airport in 10 minutes. Note that our foam mattress was extremely saggy and needed to be replaced. Very simple rooms.

Staff weren't pleased to see us, however whichever staff member took photos needs a pay rise because the room looks far better in pictures than in person. If you like nice, spacious showers, you'll be very disappointed. All up, we paid far too much for what it's worth

We placed a Do No Disturb sign. But staff still come in and make up the room and drop my clothes on the floor like a rubbish. Pillow and mattress were so uncomfortable. And the soundproof was bad, I can hear what next room was talking.

But the staff were pleasant and accomodating.
The hotel simply isnt up to scratch the shower ubicles well what can I say.
Positon wise it was too far our of Nice proper, though a reasonable bus service did operate.
Nice overall was a disappointment it's golden days are long gone.
