The Nautilus Dome was a clean and comfortable facility. The staff was friendly and provided guidance on anything you were looking to do. Getting to Thira was made easy by their driver but it was also close enough to walk if you were inclined to do so.

It was nice! No microwaves or heating tools in the rooms though so there’s no way to make food from inside the hotel room. Breakfast was okay but it was cold by the time it got to our room (and no way of reheating it lol). The hotel is a little far from everything but there’s a free shuttle to Fira (operates between the times of 10-2pm and 7-10pm) from the hotel. Good place if you want to be somewhere quiet.

Being able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the hotel was such a treat. Nautilus has exceptional staff who go over and above to make you feel welcome and provide you with great advice on where to go and how to get there. I will only stay here when we come visit again. It's more Nautilus Home not Dome :)

Perfect spot! Excellent view of the Caldera! Excellent service! Free ride to Fira! Great tips from front desk especially from Miguel!! Breakfast delivered to your room. Surprised the room is affordable! 10 mins from airport. Stay here- you will not regret it!

From the moment we turned up, the staff were extremely friendly & took are luggage from us & brought them to are room, they were all genuinely so helpful throughout are stay. Are room was on the opposite side/back of the hotel but we still had a sea view & was nice & quiet. Are room was great with so much space inside & so comfortable, the bathroom/shower facilities were very modern. The pool was a great space & kept impeccably clean with pool towels supplied on the sun lounges & it had amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Lovely property with super friendly helpful staff. Breakfast delivered to my door was awesome, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Stunning caldera views across the street and from the large rooftop area as well as beautiful calming sea views from my terrace.

ABSOLUTELY love love this place! The view is breathtaking, the staff was amazing, sweet, helpful. Rooms are great! Only negative thing is only 1 English Channel. They have free transport to the town which is great! Will definitely come back

Hotel is well maintained and the receptionist is the best. He guided me on what to see and helped arrange car rental. My only recommendation is to offer more options for breakfast for vegetarian & vegan. The spongy bed is not the most comfortable, but it was okay.

Amazing property with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. There are nice views all around and it’s not a crowded area. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast is perfect and there’s a free hotel taxi to the main town of Fira.

Great little hotel with the most helpful staff. The courtesy bus is a bonus although it is only a short walk into the centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
