We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back

Great hotel with amazing helpful and attentive staff. Great selection of food catered to a very high standard. Room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to George who went above and beyond. My daughter and I were made to feel very special. Thank you to all the other staff too! Had a fab time…!!!

Our stay in the Atlantica Dreams Resort in Rhodes was amazing. The booked suite was exactly what we expected - the location, the view and the beach were amazing.
We were also very positively surprised about the quality of the food, not only in the a la carte restaurants but also in the main one with a buffet. We had bad experiences around the food in comparable resorts in the past, but this time we were more than satisfied.
On top of everything, we felt very well treated by the guest management team - especially George was always taking care that everything is working perfectly so we can completely enjoy our stay - we absolutely did.
Las but not leat, we are certainly coming back!

Fantastic hotel area and scenery, great service and personell, good food and a great assortment of drinks. Nice with free minibar aswell with softdrinks, beer, wine, water and chips.
There are a lot of activities to choose from, such as archery which was great fun.

The hotel was stunning and all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food could have been a bit better as it was the same food every night. The caprice a la carte was amazing the food was excellent. The downfall of the hotel is the pools they are absolutely freezing. The weather was amazing but the pool water was just too cold.

We had an absolute blast during our stay. We needed a proper break and could not have asked for a better room and place to rest in. Every single staff member we came across was extremely attentive going the extra mile (a special thank you to Marcus, George, Vaula and the cleaning team). The whole complex and room was aesthetically very nice. Very good views and grounds well kept.
Few issues when we first arrived. There was some issues with the room. Dead bugs on the wall and blinds didn’t work.
Someone came and fixed the curtains and to clean the bugs. But not all bugs where cleared. If we could see them then the cleaners should of been able to see them when preparing the room.
Evening food was average, none of the restaurants where diffrent in style from Each other . And the menus where limited. Done the job for all inclusive but wasn’t above and beyond that. In addition all the outside restaurants didn’t have the facilities for dealing with the mosquitoes, and some being by the water added to this. Putting a candle on the table or having a bug machine would of stopped this.
Entertainment in the evening was dry and cheesy. But the piano room was nice to have a drink after a meal.
Staff where all very nice and help full. No fault there.
There was a government tax that you had to pay for ur stay that was not made clear when booking and was sprung on us on arrival.
There was nothing around the complex to go out for an evening meal but did have good prices on hiring cars and a wide range of cars.
Overall very nice place to stay aesthetically but some issues on upkeep and variety and quality of food.

Atlantica were amazing! Me and my partner were so impressed the moment we got there. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the place was absolutely stunning! Definitely will be going back.

staff friendliness and service was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was better than the al a carte locations.
The bed for our son was not great and also the gym should open earlier to allow guests to exercise before breakfast.
The pool organization was also good not allowing people to reserve sunbeds early morning
