We really enjoyed our stay here. Probably, the best place we stayed at on our trip through Central Europe. Very reasonable price and a great location. Had a little problem with the check-in communication but that was my fault. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend!

The appartments are nice and well situated in the center of Budapest. Though we had two days without hot water, the beds were soft and the airconditioning units are insufficient. I think it looks better than it is. Next time it will be a hotel for us. Overall only good for the location.

The apartments are placed in the heart of the city and are easily accessible through public transport. Though they don’t have their own parking space, it’s surrounded by many private garagesclean, spacious

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Excellent for a short break and i would recommend the apartment to any one who would love a nice break away. The person on reception was very helpful and gave you as much information as he could. Lovely city with plenty to do day and night.

The apartment was central to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. BBZ was a favourite one. It was spotless inside but like other reviews the stairs are quite steep with only a hand rail which stops just before you get to the top so there is nothing to hold onto at the top or bottom stairs.

the condo had no services. We were told there was English tv but there was not. ... too cheap to put in satellite tv. the second bedroom was upstairs with no bathroom and extremely steep stairs so we had to rent another hotel room as it was too dangerous for someone who has to get up in the night to use the bathroom.

Excellent position and very secure. Bed was very low and thin mattress of poor quality which did not allow good nights sleep. Steep stairs to upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful manager. Had a nice balcony. This apartment not suitable for unfit or older people.

Midweek city break for sight seeing

The owner were really nice tried to help The apartment was renovated very nicely Desptie outside the streat was very noisy inside the residence it was vey quiet.

Great central location, quite spacious, with all the required facilities. Air-con could have been a little better.

Property in a great location for ruin bars and pubs. Shower and elevator were broken upon arrival, however after reporting this and some persuasion (about the shower) these were fixed the following day.

Lovely spacious apartment at a good price. It isnt very noticeable from the street so was is easy to miss. We was able to check in really early which was a bonus. Plenty of space for us, average beds, had what we needed.

A spacious apartment in a small top floor development of similar properties. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have the luxury of two bathrooms. A bonus was a balcony where we could sit out in the lovely weather we experienced although alcohol is not permitted. The staff were very helpful and friendly but be warned the reception desk is not officially manned after 5pm, although generally there was someone there a bit later and there is also a 24 hour contact number. The properties are very quiet as they face an inner courtyard and also security is good - 2 keypad controlled gates to get in. The location is excellent being only some 200m from Deanc Ferenc metro station( not sure if this the correct spelling! ) although the nearest metro is actually at Opera. If I come to Budapest again would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in lively area, great room, staff went above and beyond. Incredible value. We had one issue - air conditioning malfunctioned in upstairs room during a hot July week - and they promptly switched us to a new apartment with AC AND gave us a free airport transfer. Highly recommended.
