Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC, along with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, it's the perfect retreat for a maximum of 6 guests.
The Space:
Manchester Apartment is a newly refurbished three-bedroom penthouse apartment with a spacious balcony and great views of high-rise buildings in the city.
It boasts plenty of natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and huge windows in most bedrooms, creating a bright and airy ambience. Beautifully designed with modern furnishings throughout, the apartment features carpet flooring in the bedrooms and hardwood floors in the living area. Fresh white walls are perfectly complemented by wooden and green-coloured furniture to give a modern look.
As you walk in from the entrance, you will find all the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor of the apartment.
The first door on your left opens to the family bathroom. It's white interior is complemented by cream-coloured tiles and fitted with a bathtub with an overhead shower, a WC, a washbasin, and a small mirror cabinet for storage and vanity purposes.
The room next to the bathroom is the master bedroom. Featuring a king-size bed, a wardrobe with large mirrors, and a desk that can be utilised for work or studies, this space has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom also offers an ensuite shower room with a WC, washbasin, and a walk in shower.
The second bedroom offers a double bed and a beautiful wooden wardrobe for your belongings.
The third bedroom is another relaxing area with a double bed, a chair for convenience, a wardrobe, and views of the neighbourhood.
Going up two flights of stairs to the next floor, you will find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with the balcony. The living area is equipped with a green sofa set, a Smart TV, board games, playing cards, and some classic consoles for entertainment. The wooden dining table seats up to 4 guests, in addition to 2 seats at the breakfast bar - everyone can share a good meal any time of the day.
If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a trip away including a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and more!
The balcony offers bistro tables and chairs for enjoying the morning breeze or pre-dinner aperitifs.
You'll also find a WC on this floor.

Guests have access to the full penthouse. The keys to the Manchester Apartment are accessed via a key safe. Full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free parking for one vehicle is available.
The penthouse is spread across two floors and the upper floor is only accessible through stairs. The building itself has a lift.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
