The lower level bedroom is a bunk room with 3 bunk beds with enough space to comfortably sleep 10 kids, the ultimate sleepover spot! The main floor features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a spacious nook workspace, and the other with a queen-size bed, a custom walk-in closet, and access to the shared bathroom. On the 3rd level of the home is the master bedroom, the only room on this floor of the home, offering the ultimate private oasis. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a sitting space, and an en suite bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, which include a private fenced side yard and a hot tub. Guests will also have access to four parking places in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is in an unbeatable location for enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer. During the summer, enjoy an easy walk to the famous Speed Boat Beach. This beach has no public parking, so being able to walk to it is an added bonus of staying at this home! Or head over to King’s Beach, a little over a mile from the home and spend the day on the big sandy beaches where you will find every variety of watercraft available to rent for some water fun! This funky little beach town area has plenty of entertainment and dining options for you to enjoy with a wide variety of restaurants to dine at, cute boutiques and a farmer's market for shopping, and free concerts that happen in the summer. If there is a golfer in your group, they will love the fact that the home is only a five-minute drive away from the Brockway Golf Club course. In the winter the golf course is open for XC skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and dog walking. For the winter months, you are 12 minutes from Northstar, and 15 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
Looking for a little less outdoor activity on your vacation? The home is less than a mile from the Nevada state line, where you will find casinos and concert venues. Or, make the 20-minute drive into Tahoe City where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, a farmers market, and live music. With its easy access to town, ski resorts, golfing, and the lake, this home is a great home base for the ultimate North Lake Tahoe getaway any time of the year.

Getting Around:
The home is within walking distance of a public transportation stop, TART, with the closest stop a ten-minute walk away. The stop is just over a half-mile from the home at Hwy 28 a Chipmunk St and will take you into Tahoe City within 25 minutes. Or, make the short drive down to King’s Beach, where you can use the FREE park-and-ride option to reach locations such as Northstar California Resort or Olympic Valley. With HWY 28 and HWY 267 minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies available.

All Guests hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Property Manager and Property Owners from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, losses, damages, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, costs, expenses or disbursements of any kind or nature related to the use of the property, including the hot tub, deck, and bunk beds.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
