Our tranquil and unique property features a contemporary design with vaulted ceilings and a multi-level open floor plan. The bright living area, filled with natural light from large windows, includes a cozy fireplace and leads to a lofted dining space and updated and fully-stocked kitchen.
Upstairs, bedroom one boasts a king bed with 100% cotton bedding, massive windows, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom two features two queen bunk beds and sliding doors that open to the large private patio. Take a relaxing break in the hot tub, cozy up on the plush outdoor sectional around the fire pit, or barbeque for the whole group surrounded by quaint greenery. Our home has everything needed for a comfortable and memorable experience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything photographed and more. The home is accessed with a smart lock and the code will be sent to guests through the booking platform the morning of check-in.

Please note: the hot tub is serviced on Thursdays and our hot tub technician will need to enter the home in order to access the backyard for service.

While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $65 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
QUIET HOURS
• Occur daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
