Located just a few minutes' walk from the Gratte Ciel metro station, this apartment offers quick access to Lyon while being surrounded by amenities such as the Grand Carrefour Villeurbanne, bakeries, and popular bars and restaurants like Ninkasi, Le Bieristan, Le Gnafron, and Toï Toï Le Zinc.
Access to the 6th district of Lyon in 10 minutes, Part-Dieu shopping center and train station in 15 minutes.

Villeurbanne offers all the advantages of a large city in a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th district and the Part-Dieu neighborhood. Whether by metro, tram, or bus, you’ll have quick access to all Lyon's neighborhoods thanks to the many existing public transport options.

Villeurbanne is rich in local life: young people, families, and retirees all benefit from a wealth of cultural facilities, sports complexes, associations, numerous shops, and schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of residents is what makes this town so unique and vibrant. Villeurbanne has a rich cultural heritage, with historic places like the Gratte-ciel, Hôtel de Ville, Théâtre National Populaire, Anatole France School, the House of Image and Sound, Studio 24, Astroballe (ASVEL), and former Bayard and Bally factories. The city is still evolving with new neighborhoods like Terrain des Sœurs, where our current program is under commercialization (Carrare).

From Part-Dieu train station, take metro line B toward Charpennes and get off at Charpennes. Then take metro line A toward Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is 10 minutes on foot.

Aéroport St-Exupéry to the apartment (45 min):
From St-Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Xpress to Part-Dieu station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A toward Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is 10 minutes on foot.
