Shop 500 m, restaurant, shingle beach "Villeneuve-Loubet" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 20 km, Nice 20 km, Monaco 60 km, St. Tropez 100 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St. Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l´Esterel 30 km, Gorges du Verdon 100 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
