Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin nestled in the serene beauty of Shaver Lake! Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous escape, our cozy yet modern cabin offers the ideal blend of comfort and style.
The Space
Step inside to discover a warm and inviting living area, complete with rustic touches and modern amenities. The open-concept layout ensures ample space for your group to relax and unwind. Sink into the plush sofas and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV, or gather around the fireplace for a cozy evening.
The spacious deck is perfect to soak in the breathtaking natural surroundings. It's furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails. Fire up the BBQ for a delicious alfresco meal, then gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing.
Guest Access
About a 8 minute drive to the lake! Just a quick turn onto Tollhouse Rd will take you straight there. Minutes to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Guests have access to the entire cabin, free Wifi, street parking if necessary, and free washer and dryer located in the cabin. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.
Things to Note
Parking: In the summer ONLY (1) overflow vehicle/ property may park on the street and strictly only (2) cars are allowed to park in the drive way. During the winter, no road parking will be available as the snowplow need to clear the road.
No boats/trailers/mobile homes are allowed in the Silvertip neighborhood. If you have any of these vehicles, you can park them on Shaver Forest Road, outside Silver Tip.
Guests will likely need 4WD and/or tire chains to navigate the snowy/icy roads in the winter. The deck may not be available right after a snow storm.
All hiking trails, lake activities, etc., are done at your own risk. There are wild animals including bears, mountain lions, deer, and other animals that call Shaver Lake home. Please keep an eye on children and don't leave trash or food outside.
Neighborhood
This cabin is located in Silvertip Village. It has a great location close to the town and good winter access. During the winter there's just enough snow to play in, while the flat and easily accessible streets are promptly plowed. Central heating, and fireplace make it very popular in the winter! In the summer, hang out on the back deck and enjoy the gorgeous pine views, or drive just a few minutes into town and to the lake. This cabin is easy to find, easy to park, and offers a feeling of safety with other cabins nearby.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! You'll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our guest communication hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 6 total individuals. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee of $100. 2 dogs max. Guests are responsible to clean up after their pets. Extra guest fee after 4 guests ($20/guest/night)
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, firepit, etc.), please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. BE A GOOD SHAVER NEIGHBOR! Guests must pack out their trash during this time of high bear traffic. We have a big trash problem in Shaver, and an even bigger bear problem (they love to eat the trash left behind). There are typically dumpsters at the Sierra Marina during peak season, and at the dump station on Friday and Saturday from 10am-3pm at 42089 Dinkey Creek Road. If you can’t pack out your trash, tie it up tight and never leave it outside.
